Microsoft came to us looking for assistance in educating their internal teams about how to speak to the public about the end of support for Windows XP. The campaign included posters, stickers, digital assets and a microsite.
We saw the end of support as similar to another awkward situation; it’s kind of like going through a breakup. Our End of XP campaign reached 9,000 employees in all of the Microsoft US offices and was then picked up by 5 major global offices.
